All items you have ordered in the online shop of YOEK are covered by the Distance Selling Contract.
You may return and exchange your order up to 30 days after receipt.
You can return or exchange your items if:
1. The return and exchange form is included;
2. The items are unworn and the Yoek tags still attached to the item;
3. You have paid and used the correct postage.
How do I return (an) item(s)?
Please fill out the return form, place it in the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return, if possible, in the original packaging. Bring the parcel to your local post office, or in case you have received a return label for free returns, bring it to a DHL parcel shop (will only be included for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Finland and Sweden). The refund may take up to 10 days after receipt of the return shipment in our warehouse. We will refund the amount by using the originally selected payment method. If you return your entire order, we will refund the initial shipping costs. But please be aware that if you return (an) item(s) from an express delivery, the shipping costs will not be fully refunded (only € 4,95 - in case you have returned the entire order, otherwise no shipping costs will be refunded at all).
IMPORTANT! For residents outside the EU: make sure you mark the box as ´RETURNED GOODS - Failed Sale´ and do not forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise YOEK will be charged with customs duties, which we will then charge to you. While filling out the customs declaration (CN22 and/or CN23), please write 'Returned Goods - Failed sale' and attach the document to the outside of the parcel.
YOEK is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and does not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely. Please take care of your proof of shipment, so you can show this by any problems with the returned parcel. We will not accept items that have been worn; a worn item will be returned to the purchaser.
Due to hygienic regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged; face masks, olive oil, make-up, face- and body cream. If we do receive one of these items back, we will send it back to you and deduct the shipping costs from the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items, if not noted otherwise in the next sentence. We will only include a shipping label for free returns with parcels within The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Finland and Sweden. For all other countries, make sure that you pay the correct postage. Any underpaid postage fees will be deducted from your refund.

If the item is on stock, we will send your reservation free of charge upon receipt of your return. The first size exchange is on our expenses.
Would you like to receive a different item? Then we kindly advise you to place a new order. We will refund the amount of the returned items within
10 days after receiving the parcel.
NOTE: Exchanges are not possible when ordering from a non-EU country, but you can return your original order and place a new order for your preferred size, colour or item.
Please note that both the shipping and-return process have changed for the UK from January 2021. From the 1st of January 2021, free returns are no longer part of our service.
